Return Policy

We hope that you love your purchase! If for any reason you don't, you can return your selection for a refund within 30 days of receipt.

We only accept returns for items purchased directly from https://creations.mattel.com/en-gb and https://uk.creations.mattel.com/. Please return all other items to the original place of purchase.
All returns are monitored.
Your item(s) must be in the condition received and in the original item packaging (not the outer packaging).

To start your return, you can log into your account and start the return process by clicking on the order in your Order History.
If the item is eligible for a return, you will then be able to complete the return process.

Please note that you are required to return your items to us no later than 14 days after you have completed the returns form. If you do not return the relevant Product within 14 days after you have completed the returns form, we will not refund you and we will propose you to return the Products to you, subject for you to pay the delivery costs.
